As of June 15th, we’ve opened up a few more rooms, so registration remains open if you’d like to attend. Payment in full is due when you register to hold your spot.

$1,499 is the base fee for a standard shared lodge room/shared bathrooms, all-inclusive registration.

$1,799 is the base fee for a single lodge room/shared bathrooms, all-inclusive registration.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

As of June 15, 2025, your registration fee is non-refundable. In unforeseen circumstances where you need to cancel, you may apply it to SummerSongs 2026 minus a $200 administrative fee.

Want to come to camp, but the money is a bit tight? A limited number of anonymous $400 tuition discounts are available for members of our community (over 30) who have been to SummerSongs more than twice and who might not be able to attend camp without this support. Contact Steven Prasinos (stevenpras7@gmail.com) to request a $400 Tuition Assistance discount Coupon Code, then return here, complete this Registration, and enter your coupon code at Checkout. We also accept a 50% deposit, making it easier to hold your space. We really want to welcome you to camp!
All discounted registrations include a Shared Lodge room.

You must be 18 or older to come to SummerSongs, but our virtual SyberSongs song circle day in the winter is free and open to all! It's a great way to meet the community and share your songs! We do our best to accommodate everyone's dietary needs. Please be sure to complete this section so the chef can prepare the proper menu.
1. Pre-camp Covid tests are not required but we do recommend, as an additional level of protection for our community, a home test just prior to leaving for camp. Please use common sense if you’re not feeling well prior to joining us, and take precautions to stay healthy if traveling by plane or public transportation.

2. If you are not feeling well at any point during camp you agree to notify staff, and in such a case take a rapid Covid test. If you have a positive result, you agree to leave camp with a pro-rated refund.

3. You understand these guidelines are subject to change leading up to and during camp. You understand that attending camp may increase your risk of contracting COVID or other compromising health conditions and you accept all responsibility that comes with attending camp in person and hold SummerSongs harmless.
