CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel we’ll hate to see you go, but of course, we want to help. 

  • You can receive a 100% refund (minus a $50 non-refundable administration fee) until April 30, 2024,
  • You can receive a 50% refund (minus a $50 non-refundable administration fee) until May 27, 2024, or
  • You can apply your payment to camp next year (minus a $50 non-refundable administration fee). No refunds are available next year when a registration has been carried over.

We cannot offer any refunds after May 27, 2024. Thank you for understanding.
